A few days ago I got these sores on the inner lip. I have tried rinsing with mouthwash, stunned that, but they are still there. I managed to take a while before it's too late, perhaps once every two months. However, I now have 4 or 5 in a row on the lower lip. It is painful, irritable and very rough. I feel a few more may appear in the upper inner lip. This disturbs and saddens me .. any guess why the mass influx of aphthae has decided to go for me? : (
