Why do my fingers go pale white after beeing in cold? - my fingers go white and numb

This cirlaucation so bad, I am a smoker of 24 years, averg build.

Sumtimes is in a slighty cold and my fingers go white and numb, when its real cold and it hurts worse when it is heated again: (

Smoking damages the circulation, but in reality you can see Raynaud's phenomenon.

I have (the same problem and do not), I smoke.
