Can anybody please tell me where i can get a copy of self-care manuals for post-stroke patients? - post stroke

My father had a stroke several years ago and she left paralyzed. We recruited workers for him, but the costs are too burdensome. A friend advised me to teach techniques of self-care, but not in a position to see a book or manual. If you know where I would be able to obtain a copy of a book or a manual on the Internet, it makes sense .... Thanks in advance!
